Forgot your password? ถ้าลืมรหัสผ่านจะทำอย่างไร

ในกรณีที่ลืมรหัสผ่าน โดยระบบจะส่ง URL ที่ใช้สำหรับใส่ password ใหม่ไปให้ทาง email address มีขั้นตอนดังนี้

1. เข้า Home page ของ MediaWrap บน Browser [http://mw3.mymediawrap.com]

(1) กด forgot your password?

2. Forgot your password?

(1) ใส่ Email address ที่ใช้เป็น user เข้าระบบ Mediawrap
(2) กด "Send reset password" เพื่อระบบจะส่ง link ที่ใช้เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านใหม่ ตาม Email ที่ระบุในข้อ 1

Note: 

• โดย link ใน email จะสามารถใช้งานได้ภายใน 2 ชั่วโมงเท่านั้น ถ้า Expired ก็ให้เข้าไปทำ forgot your password ใหม่ได้อีก
• ถ้ากด forgot your password แล้วบังเอิญจำรหัสผ่านได้ ก็ยังสามารถใช้งานได้เป็นปกติ เพียงแค่ไม่ต้องสนใจ email ที่ระบบส่งมาก็ได้
• Back to Sign in: จะไปหน้า "Sign in to Mediawrap"

3. เมื่อกด Send me reset password ระบบจะแสดงดังรูป

จะต้องมี Message "You will receive an email with instructions about how to reset your password in a few minutes."

4. ให้ user ไปเปิด email จะได้รับจาก noreply@femtocom.com

โดยให้ user กดที่คำว่า Change my password ใน email เพื่อไปเปิดหน้าที่ให้เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน

5. เมื่อกด ​link "Change my password" จะแสดงดังรูป

(1) ใส่รหัสผ่านใหม่ที่ต้องการ โดยต้องใส่อย่างน้อย 6 หลักขึ้นไป
(2) ใส่รหัสผ่านใหม่ที่ต้องการอีกครั้ง ให้ตรงกับข้อ 1
(3) กดปุ่ม "Change my password" ระบบก็จะบันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลงพร้อมทั้ง sign in
